The Midnight Sun Chapter of ASEA/AFSCME Local 52 announces its 3rd Annual Scholarship Program for eligible chapter members and dependents.

Who’s Eligible

Any active or 10-year/season retired: ASEA Midnight Sun Chapter, Local 52 members, their current spouses, or their dependents (aged 25 years or younger).*

How to Apply

1) You must complete and submit the attached 2010 application to the ASEA MSC office by 5pm on Friday, July 30, 2010.**

2) You must be accepted to, enrolled in, and attending a post-secondary educational institution by the end of the first week of classes.***

Additional Notes

(*) Membership affiliation (and age if a dependent) must be proven upon selection and before receipt of scholarship funds. Dependents 26th birthday must be before the first day of classes.

(***) Proof of enrollment and Social Security Number must be provided upon selection and before receipt of scholarship funds (SOA ACC Confidentiality Laws Apply). Pre-term or intra-term institutional withdrawal will disqualify the applicant and any applicable refunds must be returned to ASEA MSC Local 52, unless hardship can be established and sanctioned by the ASEA MSC Executive Board.
