A new public relations specialist position based out of the Anchorage Headquarters has been filled by Sharon Dart. She will assume the position effective October 2, 2006.

"During the interview process I was impressed with Sharon’s background as well as the enthusiasm and commitment she displayed for working with and serving the members of ASEA," said Business Manager Jim Duncan. "I believe she will be a very productive and valuable addition to the ASEA staff."

Ms. Dart has been involved with many aspects of the communications business in Anchorage for over 20 years. Her experience includes working for advertising/marketing agencies, the Anchorage Daily News, local Anchorage radio stations, TV production company, printing/copy business, promotions/production company as well as freelance work which included working for a political campaign for State Senate. Most recently, she held a position with Aadland Marketing in Anchorage as Account Service/Production Manager/Media Buyer.
