AFSCME Endorses Hillary Clinton for President |

AFSCME International announced Oct. 31 that it supports Hillary Clinton in the race for U.S President.
"AFSCME has endorsed a proven leader with a vision for a better America – today we announce our support for Senator Hillary Clinton for President of the United States," said AFSCME International President Gerald McEntee.
"We had the most talented and diverse field of Presidential candidates we’ve seen in years," McEntee said. "But when all was said and done, among our members Hillary Clinton clearly emerged as the best candidate to take back the White House for America’s working families."
The Clinton campaign also issued a press release that announced the AFSCME endorsement.
"I am honored to receive the support of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees," said Clinton in a press release on the announcement. "In my administration, America's working families will again have a partner in the White House."
