Dear Chapter Presidents and Chapter Secretaries:
Attached is the Call to Convention for the 12th Biennial Convention of ASEA/AFSCME Local 52 to be held on February 21, 22, 23 and 24, 2008. Also attached are the credential template for your delegate(s), the chapter's delegate certification template and a tentative program.
Within the Call there is published the allocation of Delegates to the Convention for each chapter. Your delegate(s) should be determined and all paperwork related to individual delegates should be submitted to union headquarters no later than January 14, 2008 to meet all timelines within the Call. Mailed delegate materials must be postmarked by January 10, 2008.
