A Reminder to GGU employees to re-enroll by June 13, 2008 for your health plan and HCRA benefits.

IMPORTANT: YOUR CURRENT PLAN CHOICES DO NOT CARRY OVER TO THE NEW PLAN YEAR THAT IS EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2008. IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN PLAN B, C, OR D YOU MUST RE-ENROLL OR YOU WILL DEFAULT TO PLAN A (THE FAMILY PLAN). PART-TIME EMPLOYEES WHO DO NOT RE-ENROLL WILL HAVE NO HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE.

You have 2 ways to enroll:

1. Online at www.aseahealth.org.
2. By completing a paper form and faxing or mailing it to the Trust. (Paper forms were mailed out to you and are available online, as well.)

The deadline for enrollment is June 13, 2008. Online enrollment closes at 5:00 pm, and paper forms must be faxed or postmarked by 11:59 pm on June 13, 2008.

You should have received your Open Enrollment packet in the mail. Please read your packet -- it contains valuable information. The information in the packet is also available online at www.aseahealth.org.

The Health Trust is conducting the following Open Enrollment Seminars that you are encouraged to attend if possible:

Juneau: Tuesday May 27 (Centennial Hall, Egan Room, 101 Egan Drive)

• 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. (food served during lunch hour)
• 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Anchorage: Wednesday, May 28 (Frontier Building, 3601 C St., Room 890-896)

• 12 noon – 1 p.m. (food will be served)
• 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Anchorage: Thursday May 29 (Atwood Building, 550 West 7th Ave. Room 240)

• 12 noon – 1 p.m. (food will be served)
• 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Fairbanks: Friday, May 30 (Fairbanks Regional Public Health, 1025 West Barnette St, Main Floor Conference Room)

• 12 noon – 1 p.m. (food will be served)
• 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Remember, your current elections do not automatically roll over into the new plan year. If you do not re-enroll, full-time employees will be defaulted into Plan A, with full family coverage, and part-time employees will have no coverage.
