August 8, 2008 — Notice of Election mailed out to members.

September 12, 2008 — Ballots mailed to members.

October 23, 2008 — THIS IS THE "ELECTION DATE". Ballots will be counted. Ballots MUST BE RECEIVED BY 8:30 a.m. on this date. Only ballots returned through the U.S. Mail will be counted. Counting wil comment following recept of the ballots by the Election Committee.
