ASEA Business Manager Jim Duncan has asked Dept. of Administration Commissioner Annette Kreitzer to respond to questions stemming from the Price/Waterhouse breach of confidential state employee information.

Of particular interest to ASEA are 1) what is the long-term accountability of Price/Waterhouse for the disclosure of confidential information, 2) why mechanisms for identity protection aren't automatic, and 3) what information is available to describe and explain the breach for the individuals affected.
