Executive Board, Business Manager, Guests,

Your Women's Issues Committee continues to serve our membership providing accessibility to important leadership and health information. We have been working to provide some excellent information to the membership at the AFSCME/ASEA Local 52's 12^th Annual Biennial Convention in Anchorage in March, 2010:

·         Information handouts from Coalition of Labor Union Women's Convention

·         Women's Committee Pins for sale

·         New Women's Patches for sale

·         A silent auction of donated items from throughout the State.

The Women's Issues Committee will make a request for a small purchase of Women's Committee Bookmarks to be used as a informational handout at the Convention. 

We have respectfully requested that the webmaster add the following webpage links to the Pink Link as it continues to be heavily visited for important health information:  AFSCME's Women's Issues; Coalition of Labor Union Women; Thread (Alaska Child Care Resource and Referral Network) and the American Thyroid Association. 

It is an honor to serve with dedicated union members for the betterment of our union membership.
