Dear Delegates, Alternates, Chapter Presidents and Stewards,

At ASEA Biennial Convention held in March of 2016 the delegates passed resolution 17 which directed that all of you be informed of the progress of implementation of the resolutions. The resolution directed that you receive an update within 30 days of the first State E-Board meeting held after the adjournment of the Convention. This meeting was held on May 17 & 18. You will receive an update of the progress of the implementation of the resolutions on a quarterly basis.
