Annual and personal leave can be donated to ASEA members for use as sick leave. The recipient may only use donated leave after his/her accrued sick, annual or personal leave has been exhausted.
To donate, submit a completed leave slip to the Division of Personnel & Labor Relation Payroll Supervisor for the department in which the donee (recipient) is employed. Please read the procedure below for complete details.
