Election Information: The Ketchikan Chapter is holding an election for Delegates to the ASEA Biennial Convention, in Anchorage, March 18-22, 2020. All Ketchikan Chapter members in good standing are eligible to participate and vote.
**Number of Delegate Positions allocated to the Ketchikan Chapter will be released 90 days prior to the convention (ASEA Constitution Article 6.03). The delegate allocation as listed in the ASEA Constitution Appendix B is seventeen (17), and will be used for voting purposes. The candidates will be ranked in order of highest votes received and positions granted based on the actual number of delegates assigned to the Ketchikan Chapter when the Call for Convention is released on December 22nd, 2019. Additionally, the Ketchikan Chapter bylaws state at least one experienced delegate shall attend to assist new delegates in the process.
The election will be held on December 11, 2019. Stop by and vote between 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 pm during our holiday chapter meeting at Jeremiah's. This will be a business meeting with a social hour after the meeting with appetizers and a few door prizes.
Nominations will be accepted until 5:00pm on December 9, 2019 by email or by contacting Joey Tillson, Ketchikan Chapter Vice President at (907) 821-1026 if you are unable to send via email and she will collect.

Dear Ketchikan Chapter Members,
We are forming a team for the Totem-to-Totem race on April 25, 2026! Our team’s name is ASEA KTN Chapter. All ASEA KTN Chapter race participants will get an ASEA t-shirt with the NEW Ketchikan Chapter logo on it.
Race Date: 4/25/2026
Start Time: 9AM
Total Distance: 13.1 miles
Relay Interval: You can sign up to walk/run 1 mile or MORE!
Team Meeting & Bib Pick Up. We will have a quick team meeting on April 24, 2026, at 5:00PM at Ketchikan Parks & Rec to pick up our team bibs, distribute team t-shirts, gather registration receipts for reimbursement, confirm details, and take some group photos.
There will be aid stations along the race route until 2:30PM. BBQ and refreshments at the finish line will be provided by the event hosts.
If you are interested in joining our team, please email us by MONDAY April 13, 2026, with your 1) desired relay distance and 2) shirt size! Registration can be completed here: Totem to Totem Half Marathon and the cost is $60 per person – be sure to register under the team ASEA KTN Chapter. Please save your receipt and the Ketchikan Chapter will reimburse you for your costs!
