The following candidates have been nominated within the nomination period and have been verified by ASEA Headquarters to be eligible to run for the office designated below. Election seats reflecting only one eligible candidate will not appear on the ballot. The ballot order is reflected below and determined by a toss of a coin.

PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
Proposed Amendments to the ASEA/AFSCME Local 52 Constitution have been received, including the required 100+ signatures from members, verified as members in goodstanding, representing at least five chapters, to put the following listed amendments on a ballot for a vote of the members:
- Constitutional Amendment No. 1 – Article 7.05
- Constitutional Amendment No. 2 – Article 16.C
- Constitutional Amendment No. 3 – Article 1.02.H.C
As described in Article 16.C, the proposed amendments will be submitted to the State Executive Board and will be included in the upcoming mailing with the election of officers.
