Election Information: The Y-K Delta Chapter is holding an election for two (2)* Delegates to represent our chapter at the ASEA Biennial Convention.
The Election will be held at the Y-K Delta Chapter meeting on Tuesday, November 26th.

• The ASEA Biennial Convention will be held at the Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage from March 18-22, 2020.
• Delegate transportation, lodging, per diem and leave will be provided by ASEA.
• Chapters are allowed one alternate per delegate. Alternates may attend convention at the expense of the chapter.

All YK Delta Chapter members in good standing are eligible to participate and vote. Nominations will be accepted in person at the Y-K Delta Chapter meeting on Tuesday, November 26th beginning at 12 noon to be held at the BNC Conference room.
*Number of Delegate Positions allocated to the Y-K Delta Chapter will be released 90 days prior to convention (ASEA Constitution Article 6.03). The delegate allocation as listed in the ASEA Constitution Appendix B is two (2), and will be used for voting purposes. The candidates will be ranked in order of highest votes received and positions granted based on the actual number on delegates assigned to the Y-K Delta Chapter when the Call for Convention is released.
