Dear ASEA Member,

The ASEA State Executive Board has established a Department of Transportation (DOT) Special Issues Committee. 

The DOT Special Issues Committee is created for ASEA members “who work for the Alaska Department of Transportation or a municipal transportation department. The Committee’s purpose is to identify worksite opportunities and concerns, and to recommend solutions, as outlined in Section 2.01.000” of the ASEA Policies and Procedures. The E-Board is soliciting statements of interest from DOT employees who are interested in being considered to be appointed to the committee. In your statement of interest please include your current position as a DOT employee, current and previous Union involvement, and any other information you feel is relevant.
