The American Red Cross (ARC) Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course prepares students to recognize and respond to a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. This course is ideal for individuals who need certification to meet OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements.

This course is delivered in a blended learning format. The online portion is accessible via mobile, desktop, or tablet— must be completed before attending the in-person, instructor-led skills session. Upon successful completion of both components, participants will receive a valid two-year digital certificate in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.

Important Information:

  • You must complete the ARC online portion before attending the hands-on session.
  • The online portion takes up to 3 hours to complete and can be done at your own pace.
  • Watch for an email with your registration and login details.
  • The in-person skills assessment lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
  • Be sure to bring a printed copy of your online certificate of completion to the in-person session.
