An estimated 30% of workers have experienced bullying or harassment in the workplace. The objective of this course is to help participants recognize, prevent, and respond to workplace bullying and harassment.

The course provides an overview of workplace bullying, including its physical, emotional, and financial impacts on individuals and organizations. Students will learn actions to act against, to prevent, and address bullying and harassment. This module will also cover effective responses to incidents of bullying and harassment in the workplace.
