Anchorage Central Labor Council Monthly Meeting

The Anchorage CLC meets monthly on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm at the IBEW Hall located at 3333 Denali Street.

What is the Anchorage Central Labor Council (CLC)?

The Anchorage CLC is an organization of Alaska AFL-CIO-affiliated Unions in Anchorage and represents employees throughout the Anchorage bowl. ASEA/AFSCME Local 52 is an affiliate of the Alaska AFL-CIO and therefore a member of the CLC and by extension, any ASEA member in good standing is also a member of the Anchorage CLC and welcome to attend meetings.

Meetings typically include an invited guest speaker, local union updates from around Anchorage, and information on other issues that the CLC is tracking.

The Anchorage CLC exists to serve the goals established by its members. The Anchorage CLC believes that the economic health of the Anchorage community depends on a strong and vibrant workforce. The Anchorage CLC demands that government be responsive to the people! The Anchorage CLC requires of itself greater participation in all aspects of the Community so that every citizen has the education and tools for success.
