You are hereby notified that nominations are now being accepted for eight (8) positions on the State Executive Board and seven (7) seats on the ASEA Judicial Panel. Proposals for Amendments to the ASEA Constitution will also be accepted for a mail ballot referendum.

A Notice of Nominations has been mailed to your home address on record and is available online. Please closely review the packet of information as it contains important information regarding eligibility for any of the offices, information for candidates and a calendar of important election related dates. Members interested in these positions should submit their nominating petition by mail, email, or fax to Union Headquarters or you can schedule with ASEA Staff to hand-delivered to Union Headquarters or any Union Field Office no later than 12:00 noon on January 18, 2021. All Election related documents can be found below.

Constitutional Amendments: Forms and templates for constitutional amendments are available below

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, obtaining 100 signatures can be done online to prevent face-to-face contact. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you plan on submitting a constitutional amendment proposal. You will need to provide a ‘Title’ for the proposed constitutional amendment so it can be identified by potential signature supporters. Due to the nature of this process, please contact ASEA sooner than later to be sure all documents are submitted by the deadline.
