Dear ASEA Member,

The ASEA Election Committee has determined that another election must be held to determine who will be the Bush representative on the ASEA State Executive Board. The ASEA Election Committee made this decision based on a protest that was filed by one of the candidates of the March 19, 2015 election.

The Election Committee determined that during the election one of the candidates had violated provisions of ASEA Policy and Procedures 22.00.000 and 23.02. Based on these violations the Election Committee has directed that a new election be conducted between the same candidates.

Ballots for the Bush Representative election will be mailed to your home address on April 10th. The Election Day is May 11, 2015. All ballots must be received in the post office box in the envelope enclosed with your ballot no later than 8:30 a.m. on May 11, 2015.

If you don't receive a ballot or need a replacement ballot please request one by contacting an ASEA office.

In Solidarity,

Jim Duncan
Executive Director
