Anchorage Chapter Good & Welfare Committee

This benefit includes the delivery of flowers/plant/gift or donations made to or in honor of a member, union staff person, or the member’s/staff’s immediate family to the 2nd degree of Kindred (employee’s spouse, children, stepchildren, mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister, brother, grandparent or grandchild). This benefit is available for:

–Death of a member
–Death in the immediate family of a member
–A serious illness or surgery of a member
–A serious illness or surgery in the immediate family of a member

The requesting member needs to provide the purpose of the request and the full name, delivery address and contact number(s) for the person on whose behalf they are making the request, and (if possible) a Good and Welfare Committee Order Statement.
